Who is responsible?

Contact enquiries

The contact page lets you prepare an email draft using your name, email address and message. Your company and area of interest are optional. These details are used locally in your browser to display the draft. Preparing it does not transmit the entered details to PERFXTRA or save them on a server. The site does not store them in browser local storage or cookies.

You can open the draft in your email app, copy its text or email us directly. You choose whether to send it. Your email provider processes the message under its own privacy arrangements. PERFXTRA receives the information only when you send the email.

We then use the information to understand your request, respond and discuss a possible engagement. For a request about our services, the legal basis is taking steps at your request before entering into a contract. Other correspondence is handled on the basis of our legitimate interest in responding to business enquiries.

The website does not create a database of enquiries. Email correspondence is kept only for the time needed to respond and follow up on your request. Its retention is reviewed when the discussion ends. If we enter into a contract, relevant records may be retained separately for contractual and legal obligations.

Security and hosting

The website's hosting provider is identified in the legal notice. The provider may process technical access and security logs, including connection information such as an IP address, under its own retention arrangements. Those logs do not receive the details you enter into the local email draft.

Email enquiries are accessed by PERFXTRA and the email providers needed to deliver and protect the correspondence. The website does not forward your draft to an AI model, use it to train an AI model or add you to a marketing mailing list.

Cookies and external services

This website does not set advertising or analytics cookies and does not include third-party tracking scripts. The contact form does not require an account. External links, including LinkedIn, take you to services with their own privacy policies.

Your choices and rights

You may request access, correction or deletion of your personal data, or restriction of its use. Depending on the legal basis and circumstances, you may also object to processing or request data portability. Send your request to contact@perfxtra.com. We may ask for information proportionate to verifying your identity.

You can also lodge a complaint with the French data protection authority, the CNIL.

Changes to this notice

If the website adds new functionality that changes how personal data is processed, this notice will be updated. The date above indicates the latest revision.
